At Zoë Robyn Jewellery, we’re committed to transparency, fairness, and making your shopping experience as smooth as possible. We’ve outlined our key store policies below to keep you informed and confident in every purchase you make.

Production Times

At Zoë Robyn Jewellery, every piece is bespokely made to order, meaning your jewellery is crafted just for you. Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for your piece to be made. In some cases, it may be completed sooner, depending on current order volumes.

Hallmarked Pieces: Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for items requiring hallmarking, as they must be sent to the London Assay Office for official certification.

Stone-Set Pieces: For designs featuring stones, please allow 6 to 8 weeks, as these require additional setting time and quality checks.

If you have a specific deadline or need your jewellery sooner, please get in touch before placing your order — we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeframe.

Shipping Policy

All Zoë Robyn Jewellery orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or Royal Mail Special Delivery. You’ll be able to select your preferred shipping option at checkout.

If you’d like your order to be sent using a different courier or service, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Return Policy

We want you to love your piece. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is unworn and returned in its original packaging and wrapping.

Return Shipping: Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Safe Return: Refunds will only be processed once we have safely received the returned item. We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for service to ensure it reaches us securely.

Please note the following exclusions apply:

Earrings & Pierced Jewellery: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings or any pierced jewellery.

Personalised & Bespoke Orders: Custom-made or personalised pieces are non-refundable, as they are created specifically to your requirements.

Ring Sizing

If you have ordered the incorrect ring size, alterations may be possible. Starting at an additional charge from £20, depending on the design & materials used.

If you are unsure of your sizing please contact me to discuss the best way to determine this, or to book in for a ring sizing.
